You can easily use your downloaded Guilty Stickies in various .svg and .png supported platforms. Go wild by adding text or drawings on it. This isn't only limited to designers thus the .png format is available too

You can download as many as you like by clicking the download buttons after you make all selections of sticky and tape colors, size and number of tapes.
